A.Clark Roofing & Siding LP. is a well established leader in the roofing industry. We are seeking a sales professional focused on roofing with the added opportunity to sell the full range of exterior installations we offer; eavestroughs, fascia, soffit, and more.
We're looking for an ambitious and customer-focused sales professional
REQUIREMENTS
- Sales experience is required - minimum 3 years
- Successful exterior home renovation sales considered an asset
- Physically able to climb ladders and access walkable roof elevations
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Persistent and tenacious with phenomenal follow-up skills
- Strong computer skills - MS Office, database management, etc.
- Ability to work independently without close supervision
- Late model or newer truck
COMPENSATION
- Potential for a Salary position to be negotiated based on experience
- Commissions to be negotiated based on experience
- Vehicle and gas allowance
- Cell phone
JOB DUTIES
- Running pre-set leads, following up on new leads and referrals
- Meeting with homeowners at their residence
- Sales Presentations
- Developing and maintaining the relationships with current customers and potential customers
- Preparing roofing contracts
- Completing roof inspections, take-offs and material lists
